Is it best to take these products with food?

We advise taking the products with food if possible, however they are safe to take on an empty stomach also. 

Which products are safe for pregnancy & breast feeding?

If you are pregnant or breast feeding please consult with your qualified healthcare professional before taking these products. They are safe to take in many cases but it is essential that this is guided by an experienced health professional.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All of our products are free from animal products of any kind. Our products are encapsulated in vegetable capsules, which do not contain gelatine.

Are you products suitable for children?

In Herbal Medicine an adult is considered 12 years of age and can therefore take the adult dosage recommended on the label. The general rule of thumb is that the dosage should be halved for children aged 6-12 years unless the label specifically states ‘Not recommended for Children’. For children aged under 6 years it is always wise to consult a professional health care practitioner before administering herbal medicines. 

I have been prescribed medication, can I take your products at the same time?

If you are taking any prescription medications or have any medical condition, please consult with your qualified healthcare professional before taking these products. They are safe to take in most conditions but it is essential that this is guided by an experienced health professional.

Can the Heart Centred Herb Company products be taken together?

Our products are designed to complement each other and can be taken together. 

Is there a best time of day to take your products?

Usually we advise our products are taken with breakfast and dinner for convenience, however, in terms of efficacy they can be taken at any time that is convenient for you. 

How long do I need to take these products until I notice an improvement?

This is highly individual and varies depending on how your health is as you begin your health journey.

You may notice some improvement within 2  weeks of regular use, however the best results will be seen when the herbs are taken regularly for 2 months.

Why is there sometimes a colour variation in capsules from bottle to bottle?

Herbs are a natural plant material and therefore colour variations may occur from batch to batch. 

How should I store my product?

As the label suggests, all therapeutic goods should be stored under 30 degrees C, in a cool, dry place.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Australia

2-5 business days, from dispatch 

Rest of the world

20 business days, from dispatch

Do you offer returns & refunds?

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for returns due to change of mind.

Where products are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product you purchased, we will gladly provide a refund, exchange or credit.

No refunds are available if you do not like the taste of the product or experience minor changes in health status a result of consuming the product. Opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Every individual has different perceptions of what is and isn’t palatable and is at different stages with their health. It can take up to three months for your body to adjust to the new nutrients it is receiving and during this time it can be common to experience changes to your body’s elimination pathways (such as diarrhoea or constipation and headaches) as your body restores itself to optimal health.
