Saffron - (Crocus sativus) - Heavily researched and found to be effective in trauma and loss, depression and anxiety. Useful in OCD.

Solomon's seal -(Polygonatum biflorum)- Is a powerful wound healing herb, as any wounding creates a similar psychological responses, it also is able to help heal emotional trauma.
