In trauma nothing can be right. Our world is torn, broken, and we with it, feeling that we are cut apart from a world we used to know. The proverb says ‘the straight tree becomes furniture, the crooked tree lives on’. We want to run from these events, though it is better to call them home, acknowledge their very real pain, but accept them as part of us. You are now altered, but you are designed to be this beautiful. This is Trauma+Transformation.
